“Ziedondarza majas” is a project of modern architecture, appropriate to downtown;it concerts with the surrounding landscape and offers quality and subtlety of life typical to a downtown.
In the project “Ziedondarza majas”, attractive prices as well as chance to leasing of an apartment are offered now. Leasing provides opportunity to purchase an apartment through signing a lease agreement for two years’ term, upon expiry of which the residual value of the apartment is to be bought out. Front money implies 15% of an apartment value. Different sum calculation periods are offered.
Individual solutions, park advantages
“Ziedondarza majas” is located near the Ziedondarzs – at No.92, 94, 96 Aleksandra Caka Street. The project comprises apartments with one, two, and three bedrooms. Floor space of the apartments ranges between 44 and 142 sqm (the said space excludes balconies and terraces). The complex consists of 103 apartments in total.

Price offer
Prices: two-room apartments – starting from 2500 EUR per sqm, three-room apartments – starting from 2,000 EUR per sqm, and four-room apartments – starting from 2,100 EUR per sqm. Price of a parking lot: 18,000 EUR. Price of a double, locked garage: 46,000 EUR. For sale, there is also retail space over 154.4 sqm located on the ground floor of the building complex (price: 488,520 EUR, incl. VAT) and two offices over 116 and 121 sqm on the first floor (price: 3,000 EUR per sqm, incl. VAT).
The complex “Ziedondarza majas” has won the first prize in the contest “The Best New Project 2007”, in nomination “The Best Housing Project in Riga Downtown”, as well as the first prize in nomination „The Best Project of Month” within the contest “House. Environment. Human.” held in the supplement “Majoklis” of the newspaper “Diena”.
