“Latio” has leased premises in an exclusive art nouveau style in Albert street 4 to the Embassy of the Hungarian Republic

Company "Latio" has acted as an international intermediary in just concluded, long-term rent transaction between the embassy of the Hungarian republic and enterprise SIA “ Teikas nami ”. The embassy rents a ground floor of the exclusive house executed in an art nouveau style, in Alberta street 4, which is in the silent center of Riga, for the term of 10 years. The given project is exciting due to the fact that it simultaneously attracts both the people, wishing to get the property for habitation, and tenants.

Company "Latio", which possesses exclusive right to sale and let the apartments in the given project, has leased two apartments to the embassy of the Hungarian republic, whose total area makes 392.5 square meters. In the rented premises the consulate of the embassy of the Hungarian republic in Latvia and premises of the embassy will be located.

“There is a strong interest to the apartments in Alberta street 4. It is shown by both private persons who think of purchasing apartments in their private property, and even more often by foreign embassies that would like to rent respectable premises for their needs”, the head of a department of servicing corporate clients of the company "Latio” Dina Lukyanska has emphasized.

“We have searched for premises suitable for the embassy for a long time. We have chosen the house in Alberta street 4 for the reason that it bears historical and art value, and at the same time it corresponds to the requirements of a modern way of life in terms of convenience and comfort. The great value has also been given to that fact, that the building is situated in a silent and elite area of Riga”, the extreme authorized ambassador in Latvia István Mohácsi has said.

“It is very pleasant that Hungary, which I have the most pleasant youth memories of, will open the embassy in my house. Besides, the embassy as the tenant adds financial value to the premises, and also increases appeal of a building as a whole ”, the owner of the project Evgenie Gomberg has said.

At present there are four more apartments available in the building in Alberta street 4: two – on the second and two – on the fourth floor. The third and the ground floors of the building are reserved. The area of the apartments offered is 190 and 210 square meters accordingly. Now one sample apartment completely decorated in the original updated art nouveau style is equipped in the building and offered for viewing to those who are interested.

The house in Alberta street 4 is a masterpiece of Riga’s art nouveau style that has been designed by the architect Michael Einstein. After the restoration decoration and details in the building are kept authentic. At the restoration the latest technologies and materials have been used to combine authenticity of the environment with comfort of the highest level. In the apartments two separate climate systems have been installed.

The restored building has won the first prize in this year competition “The Best New Project ” in the nomination “The Best Project of the Reconstructed Elite House ”, having won recognition of the jury for the respectful attitude of the architect and developers to history and architectural values.
