„Latio” first of mediations and consultation services providers in the sphere of real property has obtained ISO certificate

„Latio” is the first provider of complex services of the sphere of real property which management system has been certified accordingly to the standard of ISO 9001:2000. The field of „Latio” certifications is mediations services in operations with real property, valuation of real properties and businesses, and consultations related to real property.
“The decision of management of “Latio” to obtain this certificate is a logical continuation of approach, realized for various years, of readjustment of enterprises working process and its interworking processes. The certifications was a strategical decision from “Latio”, contrary to the organizations where the obtaining of ISO certificate is a demand initiated by collaboration partners, customers, suppliers or other exterior factors,” emphasized Edgars Sins, chairmen of the board on “Latio” .
“Looking from the point of view of the client, the conformity of “Latio” with the standards of ISO is a signal of the safety of the operations, that manifests itself in the accordance to the normative regulations, in legal and financial support, as well as in the guarantee, that the enterprise has undertaken the care of quality and the satisfaction of the clients alike in all the departments,” said Irita Cimdare, Financial director of “Latio”.
One of the main principles of ISO 9001: 2000 standard includes the orientation towards the client and his satisfaction. The certificate acknowledges that “Latio” has the necessary system to fulfill the interrelations with clients qualitative and in accordance with the international standards. Cognition of complex of client needs, a consequent fulfillment of requirements and increase of the level of satisfaction is one of the quality goals of “Latio”, besides the financial plans.
“The conformity of management of “Latio” with the standard of ISO 9001:2000 includes a reference that there is a comprehension of the fulfillment of the requirements of the clients in all functions and structural units, in al 28 places of rendering services,” explains the chief executive of the system of quality management Bernadita Abele.
The audit of the certification of the system of quality management of “Latio”, covering all enterprise, was done by the auditors of an international enterprise “Det Norske Veritas”.
