„Latio” is offering apartments in an art nouveau building, recognized as the best project of a reconstructed elitist building

One of the most picturesque building of art nouveau in Alberta street 4,where at the present moment a trade of apartments has been started by “Latio”, an enterprise of real property, has won the first place in the competition “Best new project” in the nomination “Best project of a reconstructed elitist building”.
From the jury, which consisted of chief executives of associations of real properties and construction, the project has got credit for the willingness of developer to support financially and to realize the ideas of the designer, in order to create one of the most valuable, most important and qualitative projects of Latvia in the last years.
The developer of the project is the owner of the project Jevgenij Gombergs and his authorized enterprise “Teikas nami”. “Latio” is the only intermediary with exclusive trade rights of this project.
„All eight apartments have conserved their historical planning. An authentic decoration and interior details according to the original examples can be constructed. However accordingly to modern idea of a comfortable environment, the authenticity of the building is united with high-class comfort”, explains Dina Lukjanska, chief executive of commercial properties department.
According to the evaluation of the jury, the reconstructed building on Alberta street 4 is a project, where when renewing historical values, every detail has been well-considered, from the door-handle till historical paintings in staircase, and where respect of the architect as well as the respect of the developer towards history and architectural values is perceptible.
The building on Alberta 4 has been constructed in the year 1903. It was planned by the famous architect Michael Eisenstein. After the reconstruction the building will be put into operation in June, but already in May there will be available an example – apartment, furnished with authentic art nouveau objects produced in Austria. A special opening ceremony of the building is planned in July.
