“Latio” leases significant volumes of commercial spaces
14 June 2007Real estate company “Latio” has recently rendered intermediary services to telecommunications enterprise “BITE Latvija” LTD, by lease out of office premises with space of 1100 sq. m in recently built B category office, production, and warehouse complex building “PBLC Biznesa centrs”. The said deal has significantly increased common business portfolio of commercial premises of “Latio” and “BITE Latvija”, which in two years has reached 2500 sq. m of leased space.
“We are cooperating with the enterprise “BITE Latvija” since this new operator of mobile communications entered into Latvian market and was searching for premises for its first office. We are pleased that “BITE Latvija” regularly uses our services due it verifies that the quality of complex services for corporative clients are of high quality,” stresses the manager of corporative clients servicing department of “Latio”, Dina Lukjanska.
“BITE Latvija” has chosen offices premises with space of 1100 sq. m in six-floor office building “PBLC Biznesa centrs”, which is located between the streets Ulbrokas, Dzelzavas, and Deglava, by the help of “Latio” upon widening its client servicing call-center and telemarketing group activities. “Latio” found these premises for the needs of “BITES Latvija” upon examining the market situation and admitted as the most appropriate to satisfy demands of telecommunications enterprise.
Before that, when “BITE Latvija” started its operations in Latvia in 2005, “Latio” leased to enterprise premises for more than 1000 sq. m in business centers “Valdo” and “Unimarine”, and during the cooperation – additional 400 sq. m to the enterprise in center of Riga and in Teika, as well as for the needs of dealers – in the project “Panorama Plaza” and in Rezekne city.
“The number of clients of “BITE Latvija” enlarges and the activities of our company increase. Wherewith the number of our employees increases, the need for increasingly larger premises rises. Today we have established general office of “BITE Latvija” in business center “Unimarine”, at Duntes Street 17, which, alike other our office premises, were found by the help of “Latio””, says Uldis Tatarčuks, manager of business clients department of “BITE Latvija”.
“By now only 2200 sq. m. of office premises are available in complex “PBLC Biznesa centrs”. This is one of the projects of new offices, where a leaseholder can obtain premises at once, without waiting. Among other present leaseholders of “PBLC Biznesa centrs” are many recognizable companies – “PB Fasades”, “Magnum Medical”, and also “BITE Latvija”. The owner and developer of a complex is a constructing company “PBLC””, tells D.Lukjanska.
The deal of lease with “BITE Latvija” in two years just in Riga has supplemented total volumes of trade and lease portfolio of commercial premises of “Latio”, which by now has reached 100 thousand sq. m. Corporative clients servicing department of “Latio” provides complex corporative servicing of commercial properties: for the owners, leaseholders, purchasers, investors and developers.
