“Latio” opens summer office – informative center on pedestrian precinct in Ventspils
14 June 2007Real estate Company’s “Latio” department in Ventspils has recently opened summer office – information center, which is located at Kuldigas Street 11.
New information center provides all kinds of real estate property trade, rent, or lease services and consults on these issues, as well as performs evaluation of apartments, dwelling houses, commercial objects, and plots.
“We want to be more accessible for our clients, therefore in the beginning of this summer we found opportunity to open premises next to pedestrian precinct having entrance on the first floor. Though still works our former office at Kuldigas Street 17, which is quite near to the newly open information center”, tells Jautrite Knipena, the sales department specialist of “Latio” in Ventspils.
The information center is waiting for clients, who need land surveying, territory planning, forest inventory, and other services, provided by subsidiary company of “Latio” – “Metrum” LTD.
