- Organisation of municipal services (heating, water supply and sewerage, lift service, electricity supply to the building etc.), cleaning, operation, repairs and installation of new communications;
- Organisation of construction and repair works;
- Organisation of rent, lease and sale – we look for clients, sign rent/ lease contracts and monitor whether tenants perform their obligations set in the rent/ lease contracts;
- Organisation of accountancy services – issuing invoices to clients, settlement of payments, including taxes and other compulsory duties, monitoring payments, development of reports.
