Real estate valuation
Latio performs all kinds of real estate evaluations all over Latvia without any territorial, property type or value restrictions, and Latio valuations are accepted by all commercial banks of Latvia.

We provide production of valuations within the shortest time period:
Valuation of an apartment: in 1 (in Riga) to 2 (elsewhere in Latvia) days*
Valuation of a detached house: in 3 days*
Valuation of a building plot: in 3 days*
Valuation of commercial objects: by agreement.

There are more than 60 valuation specialists working in the company and performing all kinds of real estate evaluations (apartments, dwelling houses, commercial objects and land plots) both for natural and legal persons, estimating the possible future value of the property in case new objects are constructed, providing inter-evaluation during construction works.

Latio experts provide for advice in determination of the best use of the property, really (most) possible rental fee and value of property contribution to equity capital. Latio is included in the list of experts of the Register of Enterprises of the Republic of Latvia appraising property contribution.
