1. The set terms are considered from the moment of visiting the property and sumbission of full set of documents.
2. Where land area of country estates with small household buildings (farmstead) is more than 20ha and total space of the household buildings exceeds 300 sqm, the service fee is determined through a separate agreement of the Parties.
3. Where it is necessary to estimate future value of country estates with small household buildings (farmsteads), the service fee is determined through a separate agreement of the Parties.
4. If future value of building is to be appraised as well, then the service fee is 30% higher.

6. If unconstructed loft is to be valued, then the service fee is determined through a separate agreement of the Parties.
